PREGLED DOKUMENTACIJE ZA PRIDOBITEV DOVOLJENJA ZA PREBIVANJE IN POSEBNO OKENCE NA UPRAVNI ENOTI LJUBLJANA
Na Univerzi v Ljubljani si na različne načine prizadevamo za čim lažje vključevanje mednarodnih študentov in študentk v študij in življenje v Sloveniji. Odpravljanje ovir, povezanih s pridobitvijo dovoljenja za začasno prebivanje, je nedvomno eden izmed izzivov na tej poti.
Na naši SPLETNI STRANI www.uni-lj.si/study/information/international-students/ lahko najdete podroben opis postopka, obrazce, primere izpolnjenih obrazcev ter druge koristne informacije v zvezi s pridobitvijo dovoljenja za začasno prebivanje.
Z Upravno enoto Ljubljana smo se dogovorili za odprtje POSEBNEGA OKENCA za oddajo vlog za mednarodne študente in študentke Univerze v Ljubljani. Posebno okence bo odprto od 18. septembra do 13. oktobra. Naši mednarodni študenti ambasadorji vas bodo v tem času vsak delovni dan pozdravili, svetovali in pomagali pri zadnjih podrobnostih ob oddaji dokumentacije za pridobitev dovoljenja za prebivanje. Pričakuje se, da imate s seboj že izpolnjen obrazec za oddajo vloge ter vso potrebno dokumentacijo. V tem času se vam ni treba naročiti na termin za oddajo dokumentov.
Če potrebujete TEMELJITEJŠI PREGLED DOKUMENTACIJE in izpolnjenih obrazcev oz. niste prepričani, kako izpolniti obrazec, se lahko posvetujete z našimi mednarodni študenti ambasadorji. Pregled dokumentacije bomo organizirali na Ekonomski fakulteti (Kardeljeva ploščad 17) in Filozofski fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani (Aškerčeva cesta 2) v času od 18. septembra do 13. oktobra. Informacije o terminih, ko bodo potekali pregledi dokumentacije, so objavljeni na www.uni-lj.si/study/information/international-students/.
Po prejemu vabila na vročitev dovoljenja, se je potrebno naročiti na termin za prevzem dovoljenja. Naročite se lahko na številki 00386 1 828 16 90 ali prek aplikacije UeNaročanje (ortus-inc.si). REVIEW OF THE DOCUMENTATION FOR TEMPORARY RESIDENCE PERMIT AND SPECIAL DESK AT THE ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT LJUBLJANA
We put a high value on ensuring that each international student has a smooth and easy integration into life in Slovenia and their studies, and removing obstacles associated with acquiring a residence permit is undoubtedly one of the challenges on this road.

Together with the Administrative Unit Ljubljana, we decided on a SPECIAL DESK for international students from September 18 to October 13. Our International Student Ambassadors will greet you each working day during that time, offer guidance, and assist you with the last-minute requirements for submitting paperwork to apply for a residence permit. The Administrative Unit will anticipate that you have all the necessary paperwork on hand, have completed the application form, and intend to submit the required paperwork for your residence permit that same day. You do not need to book an appointment to submit documents during this period.
But if this is not the case with you, if you need a more thorough examination of the paperwork, if you are unsure how to complete the form, or if you are unsure that you have all you need to apply, you can consult with our International Student Ambassadors. The REVIEWING OF THE DOCUMENTATION and filled application forms will take place at the University of Ljubljana School of Economics and Business (Kardeljeva ploščad 17) and the University of Ljubljana Faculty of Arts (Aškerčeva cesta 2) for 14 working days also in the period from September 18 to October 13.
