This concert of premiere performances
will reveal the youngest generation of Slovenian composers. The choice of the
central guest of the concert is a testimony to this generation’s broad horizons
and courage: the extraordinary horn player Saar Berger is a specialist for
contemporary music and a member of the superb contemporary music group Ensemble
Modern. High quality performances will also undoubtedly be ensured by members
of the ensemble STOP with guest horn soloist Boštjan Lipovšek. The final
concert of the musical marathon will also feature the premiere performance of
the prizewinning work of the Ljubljana Festival competition.
